Catalysts Privacy Policy - data processor

Introduction

Who we are

Catalysts Ltd is a UK based company which specialises in systems integration business relating to the professional reference information market. We also develop, host, and manage websites for clients who wish to publish content to subscribers.

The services we offer for hosted websites

We host and manage websites for publishers, i.e. the person or organisation who enters into a contract with Catalysts Ltd to provide content for a website hosted by us.

Subscribers are individuals or organisations who have a subscription to access content on a hosted website. The subscription holder is the person who takes out the subscription. They may specify authentication details for a single person, several people and/or access from a list of IP addresses.

Access to hosted content is usually restricted to authorized subscribers who have a valid subscription to that content.

Details of login times, documents viewed or downloaded, and search queries are available to both the publisher and the subscription holder.
